Parisse, nato a La Plata (Argentina) il 12 settembre 1983, da genitori italiani, milita come terza linea centro nello Stade Français.
By right of descent family has Italian citizenship, and already 17 years has served on the selection of youth around the Italian Rugby Federation . In 2002 he made his international debut (against New Zealand) and was hired by Benetton Treviso for his first professional contract. With the team Venetian Parisse graduated two-time champion of Italy (in 2003 and 2004) and won an Italian Cup (in 2005).
Convened by national coach John Kirwan for the Rugby World Cup 2003 in Australia, he played all four matches and in 2004 attended the first of his Six Nations (through 2009 were six in a row).
In 2005 he moved to France at the Stade Français club with whom he won the national championship in 2007.
Due to an accident which occurred during the autumn of 2009 test match Parisse had to skip the 2010 Six Nations.
From July 5, 2010 he married Alexandra Rosenfeld, Miss France and Miss Europe 2006.
